This transparent enclosure converts a compatible 2.5-inch SATA HDD or SSD into portable external storage for backups, file transfers, or drive reuse. The clear housing keeps the installed drive visible and makes it easier to confirm placement. The enclosure is supplied without a hard drive, so storage capacity depends on the drive you install.
It connects through a SATA III internal interface and is offered with several external cable configurations, including USB 3.0, USB 3.1/Type-C, Type-C to Type-C, and adapter packages. Select the exact connection option needed for your computer or device. UASP performance requires compatible hardware, operating-system support, and a suitable drive.
Before installation, disconnect the enclosure and handle the drive carefully. Insert a compatible 2.5-inch SATA drive in the correct orientation, close the housing, connect the supplied cable, and allow the operating system to recognize the drive. New or reused drives may require formatting; formatting can erase data, so back up important files first.
