Read product instructions, age restrictions, warnings and care guidance before use. Stop using an item if it appears unsafe, damaged or recalled. Do not use an ordinary consumer product for a medical or safety-critical purpose unless it is expressly suitable.
Report a product concern
Contact Fiive with the order number, product name, relevant photos and a description of the concern. We investigate credible reports and, where appropriate, contact affected customers with stop-use instructions and an applicable remedy. This page is not a claim that all products have been independently safety-certified.
For official US consumer-product recalls, visit CPSC recall information. Product-specific notices will be provided when applicable; the absence of a notice here is not a guarantee that an item has no recall.
