Qualifying promotional gifts
Where offered, a merchandise purchase of $50 or more after merchandise discounts can qualify for Fiive's advertised promotional gift benefit. Gifts, subscriptions, service fees, warranties, shipping and taxes do not count toward that threshold. A subtotal alone does not establish an allocation: the offer's eligibility rules and confirmed gift selection also apply.
Gift previews are suggestions based on eligible products and availability. Browsing or seeing a preview does not reserve an item. Your confirmed order identifies the included benefit; gifts may ship separately. We will contact you about a material substitution or unavailable confirmed benefit.
Service Fee
The applicable $5.95 Service Fee is disclosed before payment and applies once to non-members choosing the qualifying promotional-gift benefit. You may decline that benefit and shop without the fee. Verified active fiive+ extra members and subscription renewals are exempt. Read the Service Fee Policy.
fiive+ extra
This optional $69-per-month membership includes 10 gifts per successfully paid cycle, with US shipping for that monthly shipment included. These are benefits of a paid membership. Promotional gifts allocated to the initial cycle count toward that cycle's ten. Joining requires agreement to recurring charges; promotional gift acceptance alone does not enroll you. Prices and offers
Offers apply only during their stated period and under the conditions displayed before purchase. Compare-at amounts are reference prices, not an extra charge or a cash refund entitlement. Gift-value figures describe reference value; they do not reduce the amount you pay for merchandise unless an actual checkout discount is applied. Review the final total before payment. Discount combinations and any exclusions are disclosed with the offer.
Returns and fair use
Return and refund rules apply. We do not deduct an invented gift value from a refund. Fraudulent or duplicate claims may be reviewed; legitimate customers retain applicable order remedies.
