Details
- Includes one basket in the selected shape and size, a cloth liner and the supplier-listed dough scraper.
- Round sizes, diameter × height in cm: 13 × 6, 16 × 6, 18 × 9, 20 × 8, 22 × 8.5 or 25 × 8.5.
- Oval sizes, length × width × height in cm: 15 × 8 × 5, 17 × 12 × 6, 21 × 15 × 8, 25 × 15 × 8, 28 × 14 × 8, 30 × 14 × 7 or 35 × 14 × 7.
- Pictures showing several baskets illustrate size and shape alternatives; one basket is received.
- Bread, baking equipment and other display props are not included.
Care and Use
Dust appropriately with flour before proofing. Transfer the dough to a baking surface before cooking: the basket is for proofing only and must not go into an oven. Brush out flour and allow the basket to air dry fully. Follow the supplier's cleaning instructions; avoid prolonged soaking.
