Build a dedicated rhythm-training station with this pear-shaped boxing speed bag. Its compact profile gives you a focused striking target for coordination drills, while stitched panels, a laced upper section and a top attachment loop define the traditional speed-bag design. Choose red, grey or black to suit your training space.
The bag is available on its own or with the swivel hardware shown for the selected option. This makes it useful both as a replacement bag for an existing setup and as part of a new installation. A compatible overhead platform is needed for use and is not included. Check the attachment and mounting arrangement against your existing equipment before choosing an option.
Use it for controlled boxing practice at home or in a training studio, starting with a steady rhythm before increasing pace. The bag measures approximately 26 cm high and 18 cm across, so allow suitable clearance around the platform. Select the color and package carefully: the ball-only options do not include the swivel assembly. Follow the installation instructions supplied with your platform and check the attachment before each session.
