Member choice is coming: our gift-selection experience is currently being prepared. Until it opens, Fiive selects your monthly assortment from available local inventory. We will make it clear when you can choose your gifts online.
When member selection is available, choose up to 10 eligible products for your upcoming monthly box. If you choose fewer than 10, Fiive selects the remainder: choose six and we select four. Choices lock five days before renewal. A November 1 renewal locks on October 27, and the box proceeds to fulfillment only after that renewal payment succeeds. Product and variant availability can change; browsing a product does not reserve it.
Qualifying promotional gifts already allocated to your initial membership cycle count toward that initial cycle’s ten; they are not additional gifts. Subsequent paid cycles include ten gifts without another qualifying purchase. Membership, warranty and service charges do not unlock promotional gifts.
Your first payment is collected at checkout. Membership renews monthly at $69.00 plus applicable tax until canceled. Review or cancel through your subscription email or customer account before the next scheduled charge. There is no minimum term or cancellation fee. Verified active members are exempt from the $5.95 Service Fee on qualifying promotional-gift orders.
